There’s a prostitute that hangs aboot Kings Cross who reminds me of Isabella Rossellini in Wild at Heart:

Don’t get too excited, lads. She’s probably aboot 40, and because she’s a Kings Cross prostitute, ye’ve got yer heroin and your ozone free sky making her look aboot 50.
Incidentally, here’s Isabella Rossellini at 50:

Although Isabella now looks like a lesbian, she doesn’t look rough as fuck like this one I’m going on about. The one I’m going on about is more like the whore Shirley Stelfox plays in 1984:

Only this one I’m going on about disnae go “come on… come on… come on” like Shirley did.
I don’t think the word ‘whore’ is very nice.

They prefer the term “mingely challenged” to “whore” these days its more PC.
Whats that saying?
Men want a Whore in the bedroom, Whore in the kitchen and a Whore somewhere else i cant rember , garden?
Limmy, love the site, trying to do my own one, no where near as good as yours etc
Ive put a link to your site on mine. Any comments would be appreciated.
David
I don’t care about political correctness, I just don’t think it’s nice, or gentlemanly or something. Personal taste only. But I wouldn’t want one of my friends to call someone that.
Leona, the character she played was a whore. As in the Whore of Babylon, or The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas. A whore. That’s what they’re called.
Fair enough.
Leona how about the word “Cunt”? It’s my favourite swear word which I’ll put money you hate.
Remeber Leona…….. it’s only words and words are all I have to take your heart away …….. da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da
Limmy what were you thinking using the word whore, surely you knew the care bears would jump on that one
Try using “Gas Cooker” or “Sugar Frostie” that way nobody will get their feelings hurt.
Isabella still looks hot at 50 though, even if she does look like ellen degeneres has been giving her strap on tutorials, i’d still hit it.
I object to the words ‘hate’ (overly aggressive) ‘da’ (symptomatic of paternalistic man-centred society) ‘hot’ (possibly degrading and offensive to women) and ‘hit’ (surely a reference to unacceptable prevalence of domestic violence) in the above comments.
Cunt is ok though.
Leona, I’m with you on that. ‘Whore’ is a horrible word to use. It’s offensive, it’s not simply another word for prostitute, ‘whore’ is also used in an insulting way too – similar to the word ‘slut’. So, when you call a ‘prostitute’ a ‘whore’, you sound like you are, not only describing what she does for a living, but also that you are disrespecting her too or making a judgement on her.
Looks like Isabella had a serious monobrow problem back in the day. She’s got a 5 o’clock shadow between those bad boys.
Right, well that leaves me with the three syllabled “prostitute”, which takes three times longer to say than “whore”, which means that if I ever talk about prostitutes to you I will be talking for a long, long time, and I don’t think you want it. Cos ah’ll tell ye something, ye’re no getting me saying “hooker” or “call girl”, cos ah’m fae Glasgow not Chicago. And I know that “cow” is oot the question.
Thank you Lynn. I was feeling a bit like an alien or weirdo for not liking it there.
what about “hen” or “doll”
as regards prossers – i prefer to use the phrase “lady of the night”
The only person who can call me ‘hen’ is my mum and she does, all the time.
